Terri has been the Executive Director at the Manchester Chamber of Commerce since January 2015. She was most recently the Vice President of Operations at Bluegrass Tomorrow, a non-profit regional planning and quality of life organization in Central Kentucky. Before that, she spent five years at the Richmond, KY Chamber of Commerce as Director of Events. She earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Eastern Kentucky University and is a graduate of Leadership Madison County, Leadership Central Kentucky, and Coffee County Leadership. She successfully completed the Tennessee Chamber of Commerce Executives Institute in 2016.

Margie is a lifelong resident of Coffee County. She has been with the Manchester Chamber of Commerce for 9 years, and currently holds the position of Director of Operations. She works tirelessly at making Manchester a better place for her 11 grandchildren. Her goal is to leave behind a bigger, brighter Manchester so that their lives can be enriched and they will choose to make Manchester their homes after secondary education is completed. Margie is a member and Treasurer of the Manchester Rotary Club and a board member and graduate of Coffee County Leadership. She successfully completed the Tennessee Chamber of Commerce Executives Institute in 2016 and is a Certified QuickBooks consultant.
Director of Communications
Haylee joined the staff of the Manchester Chamber of Commerce as Director of Communications in July of 2017. She is a Manchester native who recently earned her B.S. in Communication – Journalism at Tennessee Technological University. While at Tech, she served in several capacities such as President of the Society for Collegiate Journalists, Managing Editor for the Oracle Student Newspaper, Program Director for WTTU – The Nest, campus radio, and Editor-in-Chief of the Eagle Yearbook.
